Job Description:As the Kitchen Manager at Top Shooters, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and collaborate with other departments to create a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation and cooking.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff.
  • Develop and implement menu changes and specials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and hiring kitchen staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and implement creative solutions in the kitchen.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
