Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house foodservice operation inside one of our stores, building a high-performing team and driving results that directly impact the business.

You will manage inventory, ordering, labor, food safety, and brand standards while coaching staff and ensuring exceptional food quality and service in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ years of experience in food service, retail, or operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong food operations and inventory management knowledge.

Pay: $54,000 – $67,500 annually + up to 10% annual bonus
Pay Type: Salaried | Benefits Eligible
Schedule: Flexible, includes days, evenings, weekends, and on-call support as needed
