Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Concord, NC to lead the back‑of‑house foodservice operation inside a store, building a high‑performing team and delivering exceptional food quality that drives business results.

You will manage inventory, labor, and cost controls while ensuring food safety and brand standards, with a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and on‑call support. There is potential to step in as General Manager when needed.

• 5+ years of experience in food service, retail, or operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong food operations and inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Location: Concord, NC

Pay: $54,000 – $67,500 annually + up to 10% annual bonus

Pay Type: Salaried | Benefits Eligible

Schedule: Flexible, includes days, evenings, weekends, and on-call support as needed
