Job summary

Luna Grill is seeking a Kitchen Manager in California to lead all BOH operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, and team performance. You will drive standards, coach your team, and support the General Manager in meeting operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities include leading kitchen staff, assigning stations, mentoring employees, and managing inventory with FIFO. The role requires 3–5 years in high-volume kitchens and familiarity with systems like Dayforce and Sysco

Qualifications

• 3–5 years restaurant Kitchen Management experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required.
• 18 yrs old+ required.
• Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
• High standards for quality, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ability to multitask and lead under pressure.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Dayforce, Sysco ordering, or similar systems.

What You’ll Do
