Delaware North is hiring full-time Cooks for Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. You will prepare food for guest orders, following recipes and safety standards, and communicate with serving staff to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand recipes and abbreviations.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Team player, following procedures and directions.
• Basic math skills to follow recipe measurements.
• Minimum of 6 months related kitchen experience.
• No diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor's assignments for food production and prepare items for guests by recipe guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment; keep stations clean, organized, sanitized and stocked.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned by supervisor.
