Delaware North at Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, AR is seeking an experienced full‑time Senior Maintenance Worker to join our facilities team. You will troubleshoot and perform routine repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, glazing, and painting tasks, ensuring safe, clean operations.

Requirements include at least five years in general maintenance for commercial facilities, a valid driver's license, and 21+ years of age.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Minimum five years’ experience in general maintenance or repair for a commercial facility.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Paint, drywall repair, light fixtures, electrical tasks, plumbing, and lawn maintenance.
• Carpentry tasks like installing shelves and closet rods; occasional office remodels.
• Small engine repair and maintenance.
• Ensure tools and equipment are serviceable and keep the maintenance room neat.
