Chick-fil-A New Bern is seeking a Back of House Team Member to assist with truck orders and stock the kitchen, ensuring we can serve every guest, every day. You’ll work under an independent Owner/Operator in a friendly, team‑oriented environment.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with early morning to early afternoon hours and Sundays closed.

This role includes hands-on training, growth opportunities, and competitive pay while helping our community.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled in school.
• Detail‑oriented and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work early morning shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Put up truck orders safely, quickly, and efficiently.
• Rotate dry stock items using the FIFO system.
• Rotate items in the cooler and the freezer using the FIFO system.
• Know and follow all food safety standards.
• Keep dry storage, the cooler, and the freezer neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick‑fil‑A.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and staying up‑to‑date on changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
