The position supports both full-time and part-time schedules, offering opportunities for advancement as we promote from within.

Qualifications

• Reliable; must be available to work Fridays & Saturdays.
• Positive attitude and loves serving others.
• Customer-service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Able to work flexible schedule and stand for long periods; lift 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying current on changes.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
