Colorado-Springs-Country-Club is seeking a full-time cook to join our private club kitchen in Colorado Springs. 30-38 hours per week with a focus on breakfast service on weekends, lunch Tuesday through Sunday, and dinner service midweek.

Must be flexible, reliable, and team-oriented to support a fast-paced, high-standard club program. Required hands-on experience in a professional kitchen with breakfast cookery experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in professional kitchen preferred.
• 3–5 years in a kitchen environment recommended.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, evenings, and some mornings.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook items using broiler, sauté and frying techniques.
• Assist in banquet prep and service while maintaining quality and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.

• Private Club business looking for hard-working, full-time cook (30-38 hrs).
• Preferable 3-5 years hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
• Must be flexible and able to work holidays, weekends, evenings, and some mornings.
• Required skills include but are not limited to: Broiler, Deep Frying, Banquets, and Sauté, and is motivated to keep up with prep work and cleaning.
• Must have Breakfast Cookery Experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• The club offers:
• Breakfast service on Saturday and Sundays
• Lunch service Tuesday through Sunday
• Dinner service on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (Typically cleaned and closed by 9:30pm).
