• Knowledgeable, skillful and confident preparation of menu items, specials or special orders.
• Prepare products for station.
• Maintain a sanitary and safe work environment.
• Maintain equipment and facility.
• Maintain accuracy of all food procedures and product temperatures.
• Ensure all recipes specs are followed.

Job Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Valid Food Handler's Certificate Required.
• 2 years line cooking experience in a similar environment.
• Fundamental comprehension of operating professional kitchen equipment.
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) to execute recipes.
• Knowledge of and skill in using English measurements in volume and weight.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School/G.E.D.
• 18 years of age or older.

Strongly Preferred

• Valid Food Worker Card.
• Minimum 1 year experience.
• Physically able to stand, walk and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
