Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong back- and front-of-house team dynamic.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment upkeep.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO processes.
