Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Canton, MA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food prep, grill meats, and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will ensure quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and well maintained, and promote teamwork to deliver great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order.
• Monitor inventory and food waste.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Ensure equipment is in good repair and safe to use.
• Prevent injuries by following safety guidelines.
• Assist with MSDS and FIFO processes.
