You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders, promote teamwork, and keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and safe. The role emphasizes customer service and efficient throughput with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house CREW.
• Develop CREW members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with CREW members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and properly stocked.
• Maintain equipment and ensure repairs are made promptly.
• Ensure all crew meet safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation as required.
