Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food prep, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, ensuring delicious, safe, and consistent quality while training Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and well maintained, promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house, and help drive great customer service and throughput on busy shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities
