Chipotle Mexican Grill in Minnesota is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and maintain equipment so that the team delivers a consistently delicious guest experience.

As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll promote teamwork, support Crew members, and help drive throughput and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
• Ensure equipment is in good repair and promptly repaired if needed.
• Uphold safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
