Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Kitchen Leader to prepare great food, train Crew, and lead a clean, efficient kitchen. You’ll support ordering, inventory, and safety while role-modeling teamwork for the Crew and delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prep food to order while following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong back- and front-of-house team dynamic.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked.
• Maintain equipment and arrange repairs quickly.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
