Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop crew members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and sanitized.
• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment as needed to stay in good condition.
• Uphold safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Document MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
