Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in the United States to learn and supervise food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring quality and safety. You will train others to become Kitchen Leaders, maintain a clean, stocked kitchen, and promote teamwork to deliver a great guest experience.

The role focuses on cooking to order, inventory control, and ensuring equipment is in good condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to promote teamwork and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory to maintain standards.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and well maintained.
• Ensure MSDS and FIFO compliance.
