Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn cooking, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables to ensure delicious food. You will order supplies and train crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a strong customer experience as you supervise daily operations and help your team meet station goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food to order and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Foster strong teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members into future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area and equipment.
• Ensure kitchen compliance with safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Manage MSDS and FIFO inventories.
