Job summary

Smash Stack Burger, Pizza Fiore, Chick Republic, and Café Asia are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple brands in a high-volume setting. You will lead BOH operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional food quality and service.

The role requires strategic planning, inventory control, and collaboration with FOH leadership to drive performance, cost management, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of culinary management in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Chinese cooking techniques, preferably with commercial woks.
• Experience with food cost controls, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Proficient math; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations for multiple brands.
• Direct kitchen staff and ensure recipes and standards are followed.
• Plan inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
• Lead new menu development and testing.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with GM/DOO on budgeting and training.
