Go Chicken Go is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced kitchen and ensure exceptional food quality and guest service. You will train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

You will progressively graduate to the Kitchen Manager role after training, with open availability required. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic sanitation and workplace safety knowledge.
• Knowledge of food-handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares batches of food that are cooked to order or kept warm until ordered and sold.
• Operates large-volume cooking equipment.
• Prepares, washes, and cuts food; comfortable handling raw meats.
• Ensures minimal food waste.
• Work closely with vendors.
• Oversee deliveries, product rotation, and organization.
• Maintains sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards in food areas.
• Provide direction to kitchen staff and ensure duties are performed.
• Use checklists and daily sheets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
