Job summary

Go Chicken Go is hiring a Shift Manager at our newest Kansas City location. You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, train staff, ensure quick-service standards, and uphold safety and cleanliness. The role emphasizes guest-focused service and coaching teammates to excellence.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent. Additional education or experience in the hotel, restaurant, or quick-service industry is a plus.
• EXPERIENCE: One year or more prior experience in hospitality, retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick-service industry.

Responsibilities

• Available to work 5-6 days per week.
• Maintain cleanliness, quality, and safety standards in food preparation and service areas.
• Coach and mentor team members on restaurant procedures and best practices.
• Balance shift management duties including breaks, communication, and discipline.
• Engage with guests with clear, pleasant communication and provide guest-focused service.
• Assist with implementing store plans and driving continuous improvement.
