Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/food service experience is a plus.
• One year or more prior experience in hospitality, retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick-service.

Responsibilities

• Available to work 5-6 days per week.
• Balance work and personal life while maintaining operations, team morale, and culture.
• Grow, learn, and educate the team on new products, systems, and processes.
• Maintain cleanliness, quality, and safety standards in line with regulations.
• Coach and motivate team members; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist with shift management: breaks, communication, discipline, recognition.
• Empower and provide constructive feedback to staff daily.
• Ensure on-shift plan, goals, and vision are understood by all.
