Maman | Eastover in Charlotte is looking for a Kitchen Leader dedicated to ensuring the highest food quality and safety standards. This role requires an experienced culinary professional who excels in leadership and operational management.

As Kitchen Leader, you will be responsible for daily kitchen execution, managing a team, and upholding safety and compliance regulations. You will also contribute to inventory management and cost control while fostering a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen leadership or senior BOH experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and Health Department regulations.
• Proven experience managing inventory, ordering, and food cost control.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
