Position Description: As a Kitchen Leader, you will oversee kitchen staff to meet daily goals, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to manage budgets and improve operations
• Report issues to General Manager/Kitchen Manager and suggest solutions
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illnesses
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee deliveries
• Assist in ordering and stocking supplies
• Support all kitchen functions as needed

Qualifications

• Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service
• Clear communication skills

Physical Requirements / Environment:

• High mobility and flexibility
• Ability to work irregular hours under stress
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver through openings of 30 inches
• Frequent reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling
• Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors
• Continuous standing and walking

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
