Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.
• Supervises cooks and hourly kitchen staff, recruiting, scheduling, payroll, training and reviews as needed.
• Prepares high-quality food items per standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Ensures proper presentation, food quality, portion control and safe serving temperatures.
• Manages inventory, receives and inspects product and supplies for quality and quantity.
