Catch Air is a larger-than-life indoor soft-play adventure park for children themed around a family. At Catch Air, we create a world of fun, adventure, and learning for kids of all ages! Our parks are filled with vibrant murals, exciting themes, and giant play structures designed to spark imagination and active play. From twisting slides to climbing challenges, our spaces encourage physical, mental, and social development through engaging activities. Unlike traditional entertainment centers, we focus on active play—no arcade games or ticket booths here! Kids run, jump, climb, and slide while learning valuable skills like sharing, teamwork, and making new friends. Job Overview:
Catch Air is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As the Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll ensure food quality, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and oversee the daily operations of the kitchen. You’ll help create a positive, energetic environment for both guests and staff while ensuring we deliver excellent food and service!

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations.

Oversee food prep and ensure all meals meet safety, quality, and presentation standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and operational.

Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage.

Train and develop kitchen staff, providing ongoing guidance and support.

Ensure timely food service and resolve any issues to maintain a positive guest experience.

Assist in managing food cost and waste to maintain budgetary goals.

Work closely with management to develop and implement menu updates or promotions.

Promote a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and enthusiasm

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven experience in a kitchen or food service environment (2+ years preferred).

Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen practices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food production.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Desired:
Previous supervisory or management experience in a kitchen setting.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.

Experience with kitchen equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Certification in food safety or culinary arts (preferred).

Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.

Job Expectations & Work Environment:

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; day shift & weekends as needed.
