Duties and Responsibilities

• Kitchen prep: cutting meat & vegetables, preparing food for service, maintaining event food levels.
• Prepare custom food for specific outlets within the Center.
• Keep preparation and work stations clean and organized.
• Occasionally work with staff to help plate up and move plated banquet meals to event area.
