Job summary

Legends Global Moscone Center San Francisco is seeking a Kitchen Receiving & Issuing Clerk to manage inventory, receive and issue F&B products, and maintain storage areas. You will rotate stock, coordinate donations, and perform daily to monthly inventories.

Applicants must be 18+, able to lift up to 100 pounds, and have solid English communication. Familiarity with Excel/Word and CBORD is a plus; on-site work in San Francisco is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of food handling and storage; ability to use basic kitchen equipment and train others.
• Must be able to lift, push/pull or carry up to 100 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to follow directions and perform work required.
• Knowledge of 10-key calculator operation.
• Experience with PC applications such as Excel and Word; CBORD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Account for all products and materials received and issued from the kitchen.
• Receive, date stamp and store products per procedures established by Kitchen and Purchasing Managers.
• Properly rotate and monitor storage of purchased products.
• Issue F&B products to managers and staff as requisitioned and coordinate timely receipt.
• Prepare daily, pre/post event, and monthly inventories of walk-ins, storage areas, and equipment.
