Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long hours and lift moderate to heavy weights.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, sinks, and workstations.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables according to guidelines.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when required.
• Organize and replenish kitchen supplies.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Follow kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow instructions from Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
