Responsibilities

• Deep clean and wash walls, ceilings, baseboards, floor drains, sinks, tables, and cutting boards, as well as flatware, pots, and pans.
• Sweep and mop floors, break down and clean equipment, and transport dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and garbage.
• Clean and polish silver, flatware, and brass as needed.
• Transport food products, supplies, and warewashing items to designated areas.
• Maintain a positive environment and uphold sanitation and guest service standards.
• Assist in training new employees and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with strong chemicals and cleaners safely.
• Stand and walk for long periods, including on various floor surfaces.
• Push, pull, and lift heavy carts and products up to 60 lbs.
• Maintain alertness, coordination, and repetitive motions.
• Properly obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
