Qualifications

• Familiarity with cooking or baking methods and food service.

Responsibilities

• Work as a helper to cooks or bakers performing routine food preparation tasks.
• Wash, peel, chop, dice, or grind vegetables and other foods for cooking or salads.
• Set up dining tables and serve food from steam tables; collect trays after meals.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and related dining areas; operate dishwashing machines or hand wash utensils.
