Job summary

Cafe Zupas in Utah is hiring Kitchen Team Members to prepare fresh ingredients, cook house-made items, and keep the dining area clean and efficient. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen with a focus on quality, consistency, and teamwork.

Shifts are daytime with no Sundays, offering growth opportunities and hands-on training. Free house-made meals are provided with every shift, plus employee discounts and a positive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred; not required.
• Ability to prep, cook and dish as part of a team.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety basics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items.
• Cook our house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily.
• Organize and maintain a clean kitchen and lobby area.
• Manage our dishwasher and keep equipment in good working order.
• Be supportive, positive, and collaborate with teammates.

Life as a Kitchen Team Member (soup cook, prep cook, dish, lobby):

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
