Cafe Zupas in Wisconsin is seeking Kitchen Team Members for daytime shifts with a defined career path and a clear route to promotions. Expect daily prep, making our soups, salads, sandwiches, and dressings, plus keeping the lobby and kitchen orderly.

You will enjoy a free house-made meal with every shift, a 5-raises plan in your first year, hands-on training, and a modern, energetic environment. Sundays are closed, offering predictable hours and teamwork-driven culture.

Life as a Kitchen Team Member (soup cook, prep cook, dish, lobby):

Is it a fit? We’re looking for a team member that is:

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• A quick learner in a fast-paced environment
