Job summary

Cafe Zupas in Vermont seeks a Kitchen Team Member to prepare fresh produce and cook our house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily. You’ll help keep the lobby organized and operate a high-capacity dishwasher, while embracing a fast-paced, collaborative team culture.

Available shifts are 3–5 per week with a clear career path and promotions. The role includes a free house-made meal per shift and a supportive environment focused on growth.

Qualifications

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week.
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required.
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items.
• Cook house-made soups, spreads and dressings daily.
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby.
• Manage the advanced dishwasher.
