Cafe Zupas in Columbus, OH is seeking Kitchen Team Members for a daytime, set schedule with no Sundays, early mornings, or late nights. Eligible for 5 raises in your first year and a free house-made meal with every shift.

A clear path for promotion is provided, along with hands-on training and growth opportunities. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on real, house-made food and organized kitchens.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items.
• Cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily.
• Keep the lobby and dining area organized and clean.
• Operate dishwashing and cleansing stations.

Life as a Kitchen Team Member (soup cook, prep cook, dish, lobby):

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items
• Cook our house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby
• Manage our advanced dishwasher and cleansing station

Is it a fit? We’re looking for a team member that is:

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
