Job summary

Cafe Zupas is hiring Kitchen Team Members to prepare fresh produce, cook house-made soups, and keep a clean, efficient kitchen. Shifts are daytime, with no Sundays, early mornings, or late nights, offering a stable schedule and a predictable routine.

Qualifications

• Kitchen team member experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to prep and cook with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Comfort with fast-paced restaurant environments and adapting quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items.
• Cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily.
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby.
• Manage the dishwasher and maintain kitchen hygiene.
• Be collegial and supportive with teammates.

Life as a Kitchen Team Member (soup cook, prep cook, dish, lobby):

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items

Is it a fit? We’re looking for a team member that is:

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• A quick learner in a fast-paced environment
