Cafe Zupas in Minnetonka, MN is hiring Kitchen Team Members to prep produce, cook house-made soups and dressings, and keep the lobby and kitchen clean. You’ll work daytime shifts with a fast-paced, friendly team.

The role offers a defined career path with promotions and 5 raises in the first year, 50% food discounts, and no Sunday shifts. Training is hands-on, and teamwork is highly valued in our modern, energetic cafe.

Is it a fit? We’re looking for a team member that is:

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• A quick learner in a fast-paced environment
