Job summary

Café Zupas is hiring for Kitchen Team Members in Wisconsin. Expect a structured career path with up to 5 raises in the first year and a daytime set schedule with no Sundays. Enjoy a free house-made meal with every shift and opportunities to move into leadership roles as you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week.
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required.
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• A quick learner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items.
• Cook our house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily.
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby.
• Manage our advanced dishwasher.
