Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking Kitchen Team Members in Wisconsin with a daytime set schedule and no Sundays. You can become eligible for 5 raises in your first year and receive a free house-made meal with every shift. Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen prep or cooking preferred but not required.
• Available to work multiple shifts per week.
• Ability to learn recipes and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce and house-made soups daily.
• Cook soups, spreads, and dressings as per menu.
• Maintain clean lobby and kitchen.
• Operate dishwashing and maintain equipment.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.

Life as a Kitchen Team Member (soup cook, prep cook, dish, lobby):

• Prepare fresh produce for menu items
• Cook our house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily
• Organize and maintain a clean lobby
• Manage our advanced dishwasher

Is it a fit? We’re looking for a team member that is:

• Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
• Kitchen experience preferred; not required
• Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
• Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• A quick learner in a fast-paced environment
