Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Utility Worker in Milwaukee to support kitchen and facility operations. You will maintain cleanliness and sanitation across food production and service areas, wash dishes, clean surfaces, and restock supplies.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options with afternoon/evening shifts and some weekends/holidays. Benefits include paid time off, health coverage, and other programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• No related work experience required.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment using chemicals to ensure sanitation.
• Restocks soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
• Significant walking or mobility required.
• Able to walk or stand for extended periods and shift may exceed 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Attends work and arrives on time; other duties may be assigned.
