Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in food service equipment maintenance or equivalent.
• EPA refrigeration certification required.
• Valid Iowa driver’s license needed.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of testing, repair, and replacement of fixtures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections for equipment.
• Monitor HVAC efficiencies through BAS and DDC controls.
