Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Utility Worker to support kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in food production and service areas.

This role involves cleaning equipment, surfaces, floors, and storage areas; transporting supplies; and assisting with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed. No prior experience required beyond a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Must take TB Test.
• Must be willing to receive flu vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans, and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment using chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Restocks supplies such as soap and cleaning materials.
• Attends work on time and works as scheduled.
• Other duties may be assigned per site requirements.
