Job summary

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides utility staff on duties and safety procedures.
• Maintains and sanitizes all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Cleans dishwashing station, sinks, storerooms, refrigerators, and related areas.
• Ensures equipment is clean and reports issues to management.
• Performs light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Upholds excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and sanitation guidelines.
