Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading utility staff or similar teams in a foodservice environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation, safety and cleaning protocols.
• Ability to train and guide staff on job duties and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with dishwashing, kitchen equipment, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides utility staff on duties and safety procedures.
• Ensures dishes, utensils and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to standards.
• Maintains dishwashing area, storerooms, refrigerators and related spaces.
• Reports equipment issues to management and supports basic maintenance.
• Performs light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and team.
• Follows Aramark safety policies including food safety and sanitation.
