Job summary

The Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA is seeking a Kitchen Expeditor to support our Culinary team. You will organize kitchen tickets, ensure orders are complete, and assist service staff to deliver high-quality dishes to members and guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and safety standards in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor, and track kitchen tickets to maintain an efficient flow of service.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
• Garnish and inspect dishes for proper presentation and quality.
• Run finished food to tables and assist the service team as needed.
• Prepare and replenish basic garnishes and perform minor food-prep tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient expo station.
• Communicate timing and special requests clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant standards.
