Kitchen Guard of Orlando is seeking a Lead Technician – Hood & Exhaust Cleaning to join our overnight crew in maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems to NFPA 96 standards. You will oversee job site setup, power wash exhausts, perform equipment maintenance, and handle site takedown.

You should be dependable, able to work at heights, lift up to 50 lbs, and lead a small team. We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits, bonus opportunities, and room for career growth as the company expands.

About the Role:

As the Lead Technician – Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Technician, you will be part of our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems to NFPA 96 fire safety standards. You'll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.

Who We're Looking For:

Requirements:

• Work nights, overnight position.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check (we are a 2nd chance employer depending on the outcome of the background - be up front!)
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
