The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer service as part of a positive store image. Responsibilities include cleaning dishes and kitchen areas, assisting with deliveries and stock, and performing opening/closing duties.

Mansioni

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work station on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storage, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of product.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation, Weights and Measures, and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working/shopping environment; maintains equipment per standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing; reports safety hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store leadership.
