Job summary

Quail Hollow Club is seeking a dedicated dishwashing/kitchen sanitation team member to support the dining operations. You will load/unload dish machines, wash tableware, and maintain clean storage areas to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates are able to lift 35 pounds, climb stairs, stand for long periods, and work well with team members. A positive attitude and five-star customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to climb stairs.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds daily.
• Constantly walks and stands.
• Frequently washes hands.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload dish machine.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any problems.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature for sanitary wash cycle.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Separate and dispose recyclable trash.
• Maintain and clean employee dining room buffet twice daily.
