Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep tableware, cookware, and the kitchen spotless for lunch, dinner, and brunch shifts.

You will operate and maintain the dish machine, wash and rotate items, and assist with deliveries while supporting a fast-paced team.

This role offers flexible AM, PM, and mid-day shifts, part-time or full-time schedules, health care options, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfort standing for extended periods
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to cleanliness

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
